Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Rendered HQ LLC ("Rendered", "we", "us") handles information about visitors to our websites at renderedhq.com, renderedconsulting.com, and rendereddigital.io (the "Sites"). We've kept it short on purpose.

The short version

We do not use Google Analytics. We do not use Facebook Pixel. We do not run advertising or behavioral tracking of any kind. We do not load third-party scripts that watch you. We do not sell or share information about you with anyone. We do not use information you give us to train models. The only cookies we set are strictly functional, mainly a session cookie when an administrator logs in. Standard visitors who do not log in as an administrator are not given any cookies at all. Because we do not run anything that requires consent, we do not show a cookie banner.

What we collect

If you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (if you provide one), and the message you write to us. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Our hosting infrastructure also keeps standard server logs of basic technical information about each request, including IP address, user agent string, the path requested, and a timestamp. We use these logs to operate the Sites, monitor for abuse, and resolve technical issues.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiries and to operate the Sites. We do not use it for any other purpose. We do not sell it or share it for advertising. We do not use it to train models. We do not transfer it to anyone except the operational service providers we depend on to run the Sites, currently DigitalOcean for hosting and our domain registrar. Both maintain their own published privacy practices.

How we protect it

All traffic to and from the Sites is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS). Stored data is protected by access controls on the underlying infrastructure, and administrator passwords are hashed rather than stored as plain text. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not promise zero risk, but we treat your information with the care we would want for our own.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions stay in our system for as long as we are responding to you and any reasonable follow-up period, typically not more than two years unless you have an ongoing relationship with us. Server logs are kept for thirty (30) days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@renderedhq.com with your name and the email address you have used with us. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.

Children

The Sites are not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Where we operate

Rendered operates from the United States. If you visit the Sites from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current effective date is at the top of this page. We will not reduce protections retroactively without notice.
